Shady Park by the Avon river. Barbeque facilities available. A very short (<5min) walk into town centre.

Quiet town with historical details. Lots of fun and great place to relax and family fun.An hour drive from Perth but the road is beautiful and town is really beautiful.

This park has bbq's, mini railway, skate park, clean toilets, an avon descent, bridge etc etc !!! My children had a great time here.

Great idea miniature railway, unfortunately wasn't running on my visit. 2 play areas for kids, the younger area could have a few more things to do. Overall if the train was running it would of be better.

Looks like a good place to go with your children and have a picnic, it has a playground and a miniature train ride

Park on the bank of the Avon River, Toodyay. Grassed areas, barbecues, covered seating, playgrounds, skateboard area. Ample parking, clean toilets. Access to mini railway. Adjacent to Men's Shed.

Love it . Go there with kids a few times a year even when the trains are not running we still enjoy taking a drive or a ride .Excellent Bakery pubs and craft shops and the overall atmosphere of a country town, you'd be a fool not to explore our local country towns most are just an hour's drive
